Lynco Sports Orthotics feature a molded Pedic core for stability and resilience, while the Plastazote bottom conforms to the footwear and keeps the orthotics light in weight. L405 is intended for medium to high arched feet. They provide cupped heels, which provide cushion and stabilizes the rearfoot. The L405 also has metatarsal support, which can relieve pain in the forefoot.
